The practice of applying mobile health App on continuing nursing of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of applying mobile health App on continuing nursing of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.Methods Totally,80 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into the control group and the experimental group,the control group only received routine care,the experimental group received mobile health App that including teaching patients'using APP,sending relative nasopharyngeal carcinoma knowledge,doctor -patients and patients-patients,health status analysis and recheck reminding.Results The incidence of intervention group after nasal congestion,dry mouth and severity were lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05),self-care ability and hope level score were higher than control group (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion By using mobile health App to continue nursing management mode can reduce the radiation toxicity,raise the level of patients with self -care ability and hope.
