Abstract：The articles reviewed symptom cluster concept,symptom cluster management theory and malignant tumor children symptom cluster management practice and effect by summarized study of symptom cluster and the management of symptom cluster in children with malignant tumor at home and abroad.Symptom clusters children experienced serious bother that the management of symptom clusters could comprehensively effetely alleviated.Symptom cluster management could also improve the prognosis and quality of life.It was necessary to comprehensively and accurately obtain the symptom clusters,select appropriate method to establish the symptom clusters,carry out dynamic monitoring of the symptom clusters,develop symptom cluster intervention strategies and conduct intervention studies.
