The research of influence of obstetric nurse - patient ward integration model on gestational diabetes patients

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of pregnancy outcomes and negative emotions on obstetric nurse - patient ward integration model in gesta-tional diabetes patients. Methods A total of 98 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,with 49 cases in each. The observation group received the integrated nursing made of obstetric nurses and the nurses and doctore implemented the nurses outpatient and with linkage made to support the patients. Results The scores of anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The nursing satis-faction was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Obstetric nurse - patient ward integration model used in patients with gestational diabetes patients can effectively alleviate maternal anxiety and improve the natural birth rate and improve birth outcomes,improve nursing satisfaction which is worth promoting.
