The application of APP in continuing care with patients after lumbar endoscopic surgery

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of APP on continuing care with patients after lumbar endoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 168 patients with protrasion of the lumbar intervertebral disci were divided into the control group and the intervention group. The control group received traditional discharge instruction,on the basis of which the intervention group established an APP continuing care group to instruct patients to apply this APP and implement continuing care. Results Patients in intervention group had lower loss to follow - up(P < 0. 01)and higher functional training compliance and satisfaction(P < 0. 01). After 3 months,patients' lumbar function of intervention group had higher score(P < 0. 01). Conclusion The application of APP in continuing care with patients after lumbar endoscopic surgery can promote rehabilitation,and promote patients' quality of life.
