Study on the effect of hospital - community - family empowerment education on the improvement of breast - feeding in nipple depression

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of family - community - hospital empowerment education to improve breast - feeding in nipple depressions. Method A total of 121 patients with nipple depressions who were selected from the department of obstetrics and gynecology of a tertiary general hospital were implemented family - community - hospital empowerment education. Results At the time of discharge at the 42nd day,mental activites were signif-icantly higher than those before delivery (P < 0. 01). At the time of discharge,at the 42nd day,4 months postpartum,breatfeeding benefits skills depression nip-ple correction method and total score of breastfeeding knowledge improved significantly than before delivery(P < 0. 01). Conclusion Family - community - hos-pital empowerment education can deprossion to improve the success rate of breast - feeding by improving the nipple technique and breastfeeding knowledge.
