Abstract：The article introduced the concept of nursing practice environment,reviewed its main assessment tools and influencing factors,discussed implica-tions and prospects for improving nursing practice environment including releasing job pressure of nursing staff,establishing safety environment,increasing in-come,and promoting professional growth,to arouse the nurse's initiative and improve the quality of nursing.
