Investigation and analysis on the status and influencing factors of stroke rehabilitation nursing

Abstract：Objective To investigate the stroke rehabilitation nursing status and related influencing factors. Methods A total of 813 nurses were investi-gated by self - designed questionnaire on the status of rehabilitation nursing of stroke. Results Among the 813 respondents,nurses who had done rehabilitation practice for each patient accounted for 38. 38% . Logistic regression analysis showed that education,lack of related professional knowledge and skills,necessary to do rehabilitation by nurses,patients or family members' awareness of rehabilitation,patients or family members'awareness of cooperating actively,hospital grade, busy working,effect evaluation among discharged patients,lack of rehabilitation guidance,and lack of rehabilitation nursing path were influencing factors of reha-bilitation nursing for nurses(P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). Conclusion The influencing factors of nurses'rehabilitation nursing are multifaceted. According to the in-fluencing factors from the macroscopic perspective to control,we should take multidimensional interventions to improve rehabilitation nursing implementation rate.
