Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of focused solving mode on the positive feelings and negative emotions in spouses of postoperative patients with lung cancer. Methods The spouses of 80 patients with lung cancer from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects, and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, each with 40 cases. The control group was given routine health education and guidance to conduct health education, while the observation group on this basis was used focused solving mode to conduct health education, which involved describing the problem, building the target, exploring the exception, implementing the feedback, and evaluating the progress. The intervention effect was evaluated by the positive aspects of care-giving and self - rating anxiety scale and depression. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences between the two groups in positive aspects of caregiving scores and anxiety and depression scores (P > 0. 05). After intervention, the positive aspects of caregiving scores of the observation group were high-er than those of the control group, and the anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of the control group (P < 0. 01). Conclusion Focused solving mode can effectively improve the positive aspects of caregiving of postoperative patients with lung cancer, and can effectively alleviate their negative emotions.
