Application research on emergency plan training in crisis consciousness training of intensive care unit nurses

Abstract：Objective To explore the application and effect of emergency plan training in crisis consciousness training of intensive care unit (ICU)nur-ses. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,125 ICU nurses were selected and given crisis consciousness training,including establishing training teach-ers,setting up training content and implementing training program. Results After training,theory and skill scores,crisis consciousness and patient satisfaction of intensive care unit nurses were higher than before (P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). Conclusion Crisis management training examination fundamentally improves crisis consciousness and the ability of taking emergency response,effectively improves the quality of ICU nursing management,reduces the dispute of nurses and pa-tients,and improves patient satisfaction.
