Abstract：Through literature search,the paper introduced the classified content,evaluation standard,research status and other content of American,Japa-nese,Germany,British and domestic patient classification system in order to establish a patient classification system with Chinese conditions,on the basis of for-eign patient classification system,and provide powerful evidence for optimizing the allocation of nursing human resources.
