Application of nursing sensitive quality indexes to improve the effect of health education in mother-infant blocking of hepatitis

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of nursing sensitive quality indexes in health education of mother-infant blocking of hepatitis.Methods Through reviewing literature and retrospectively analyzing of clinical nursing practice,using Delphi method to build eight sensitive quality indexes of structure-process-outcome,which were applied to health education of mother-infant blocking of hepatitis.Then to collect accuracy monitoring data and dynamically analysis,based on the analysis results to make continual quality improvement.Results After the application of nursing sensitive quality indexes,the rate of nurses and patients decreased (P ＜ 0.05),the scores of process indicators and outcome indicators increased (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The application of sensitive quality indexes can effectively promote the quality of health education in mother-infant blocking of hepatitis,which further deepened the contents of responsibility system and holistic nursing care.
