Practice and experience of examination and acceptance in excellent nursing talent pool

Abstract：Objective To explore the method of examination and acceptance in excellent nursing talented persons.Methods The method of examination and acceptance of excellent nursing talent pool was formulated,the selected objects chosen from special nursing backbone pool,nursing management reserve pool and specialist nurse pool were aimed to be evaluated from written examination and evaluation report,which involved 4 aspects such as clinic,teaching,management and scientific research.Results Totally,69 nurses were reached the standard,and 44 nurses were in specific nursing backbone pool,18 nurses were in nursing management reserve pool and 7 nurses were in specialist nurse pool.Conclusion The examination of talent pool tests the effect of training objectively and quantitatively,and helps to promote the quality of the objects into the poor,and provides the basis for the subsequent use of the talent pool.
