Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of closed-loop management of application and audit process for nursing staff level based on information platform.Methods From September 2016 to January 2017,the information platform based nursing staff level application review process was established.The nursing staff level compliance rate,level audit completion time,nursing staff's satisfaction with the level management were compared before and after the implementation of the process.Results After the nursing staff level application audit process closed-loop management,the nursing staff level compliance rate improved (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05),level completion time was significantly shorter (P ＜ 0.01),nursing staff's satisfaction with the management increased (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Closed-loop management of application and audit process for nursing personnel level based on information platform can improve the management consciousness,shorten the management path,improve the management efficiency and the satisfaction of the nursing staff.
