Abstract：Objective To discuss the application effect of intensive care in the clinical practice of peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods Setup peritoneal dialysis care team,establish peritoneal dialysis patient records,development of training mode and plan for peritoneal dialysis patients,making classification follow-up management process of home peritoneal dialysis patient.Results After intensive care,the incidence of peritonitis and capacity overload were reduced (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The intensive care of peritoneal dialysis patients can reduce the incidence of peritoneal dialysis peritonitis and capacity overload.
