Application of systematic rehabilitation training in patients with knee replacement of osteosarcoma

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of systematic rehabilitation training on rehabilitation self-efficacy and knee function in patients with osteosarcoma.Methods A total of 106 patients with osteosarcoma in two hospitals affiliated to the medical university were divided into the control group (n =56) and the intervention group (n =50).The control group was treated with routine nursing,the intervention group received systematic rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing care,and were assured the compliance through psychological nursing,social support and regular follow-up.Results After 1 month,3 months and 6 months,rehabilitation self-efficacy scores and evaluation of knee function of patients in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation training is helpful to improve the self-efficacy of patients with osteosarcoma and improve the knee function,which is worthy widely learning.
