Abstract：Objective To explore the risk factors of depression in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 110 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were investigated by general information questionnaire and self-rating depression scale.Results The incidence of depression was 36.36％.Age,family support,hemodialysis knowledge,nurse-patient relationship were influencing factors of depression in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Conclusion The incidence of depression in maintenance hemodialysis patients was high the impact factors were complicated.Through family support,improving nurse-patient relationship,and implementation of health education to reduce the depression.
