Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of gridding management pattern in the critical patients nursing.Methods A total of 19 033 emergency and severe disease patients from 2012 to 2015 were recruited.Before 2012,patients received traditional nursing management,while after 2012,patients received gridding nursing management,including establish the gridding quality control team,determined the work contents and targets,and implemented the gridding management.Results After the gridding management,the nursing quality was enhanced and the occurrence of nursing adverse events was reduced gradually.The patients' satisfaction were improved.Conclusion The application of gridding nursing management to control quality,aclieved flatten,refind,efficient,full coverage of gridding nursing management pattern,can further improve the nursing quality of emergency and severe disease patients.
