The effect of group management intervention on the health status in patients with hyperuricemia

Abstract：Objective To discuss the effect of group management on the health status in patients with hyperuricemia.Methods Totally,203 patients with hyperuricemia from healthy physical examination according to the unit were divided into the control group (101 cases) and intervention group (102 cases).Control group were given routine health knowledge lectures,intervention group were received group management intervention which included establishing chronic disease health management team and health management archives.After the intervention,the hyperuricemia related knowledge awareness rate and the incidence of related disease in the two groups were compared.Results The awareness rate of hyperuricemia related knowledge behavior of patients in intervention group was higher than that of control group (P ＜ 0.01),the incidence of related disease was lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion To implement group management intervention,could reduce the level of patients with hyperuricemia and reduce the related disease.
