The application of WeChat platform in the management of bronchial asthma children

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat platform in the management of bronchial asthma children.Methods Totally,75 bronchial asthma children were divided into experimental group (n =39) and control group (n =36).Control group were given the traditional outpatient guidance,experimental group received the management of WeChat on the basis of the control group,including setting up WeChat group,WeChat health education,online consultation,follow-up and case management.The cognitive level of disease in their parents,medication adherence and pulmonary function were compared after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of the cognition level of disease their parents and medication adherence in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01).The pulmonary function in experimental group was better than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion WeChat platform can effectively promote the interaction among doctor and patient,and improve work efficiency.It also improve the cognitive and management level,and promote the rehabilitation of children with asthmatic.
