The current statue and influencing factors of medication compliance among inpatients with cancer pain

Abstract：Objective To understand the status of compliance on analgesics for oral use among inpatients with cancer pain,and to discuss its influencing factors.Methods Totally,236 cases of patients were investigaed by the general data questionnaire,the medication compliance questionnaire and medication status questionnaire.Results The compliance rate was only 41.53 ％.Logistic regression analysis showed that the living conditions,providex payments,knowledge,belief,and behavior were the influencing factors of the medication compliance.Conclusion The nedication compliance of patients was not optimistic and take appropriate measures to improve the medication adherence,guarantee the analgesic treatment effect,and improve the quality of life according to lone patients,provider payments,knowledge,belief and behavior.
