The status and influencing factors of health behavior in young and middle-aged patients with coronary health disease

Abstract：Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of health behavior in young and middle-aged patients with coronary health disease.Methods Totally,400 young and middle-aged patients with coronary health disease were investigated by general information questionnaire,Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ,Health Belief Questionnaire and Social Support Rating Scale.Results The total score of health promoting lifestyle of patients was (130.32 ±24.24),the average score of items was (2.57 ± 0.49).Multiple regression analysis showed that marital status,course of disease,maintenance motivation,and social support were significant factors of health behavior.Conclusion The level of health behavior of young and middle-aged patients with coronary health disease need be improved,nursing managers should formulate health education according to the main influencing factors of their health behaviors to change unhealthy lifestyle,so as to promote physical and mental health.
