Research on the nutritional risk status and its influencing factors of intracranial tumor inpatients

Abstract：Objective To investigate the nutritional risk status and its influencing factors of intracranial tumor inpatients.Methods The general condition questionnaire,malnutrition diagnosis standard,Nutritional Risk Screening Table and Self-Rating Depression Scale were conducted in 128 cases of intracranial tumor inpatients.Results The average score of nutritional risk screening table was (3.93 ± 1.58),about 33.59％ had nutritional risk.Logistic multivariate linear regression analysis showed that body mass index(BMI),serum albumin value and the depression statue were the major influencing factors of nutritional risk.Conclusion The medical staff should pay attention to evaluate the nutritional risk of intracranial tumor inpatients,which aimed to discover and prevent the nutritional risk early.On the basis of that,intracranial tumor inpatients can receive timely,standardized and reasonable nutritional support.
