Application of project management in abolishing the instrument company personnel of orthopedic surgery

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of project management in abolishing the instrument company personnel of orthopedic surgery.Methods The measure included establishing management circle,regulating material procurement and assess system,implement of appointment,reception,supply,rationing and recycling process,improving the information construction,training orthopedic surgery specialist nurses,and continuous improving the quality.Results By using the project management,there were no surgical delay,missed charges and equipment package error.The infection detection monitoring of operating room and doctor's satisfaction degree of nurse wero increasd (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion By using the project management in abolishing the instrument company personnel,the risk factors decrease,which protects the medical safety of patients.
