Application effect of intensive care nursing scoring system in CCU patients with stratified care

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application effect of intensive care nursing scoring system in CCU patients with stratified care.Methods Chosed 175 patients from December 2013 to June 2014 as the control group,182 patients from July 2014 to January 2015 as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing care according to different disease,observation group received nursing with charge nurse graded patients'demand for care situation according to intensive care nursing scoring system (ICNSS),including blood pressure,heart rate,ventilation function,gas exchange function,important organ blood flow conditions,nutrition and metabolism,according to the evaluation score for conducting hierarchical level of care.Results Compared with control group,the quality of nursing care,hospitalization time,medical expenses,satisfaction rate of nursing staff and the incidence of complications in observation group were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Application of intensive care nursing scoring system can improve nursing quality,shorten the length of stay of inpatients,reduce the incidence of complications.
