Effect of homogeneity management on the ability of nurses in non-endocrinology department to deal with hypoglycemia

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of homogeneity management on the ability of non-endocrinology department nurses to deal with hypoglycemia.Methods Knowledge of hypoglycemia among non-specialist nurses,ability of treating diabetes hypoglycemia,the satisfaction of service attitude and health education were compared before and after the training and homogeneity management.Results After homogeneity management,hypoglycemia knowledge examination pass rate,retest blood glucose compliance rate,hypoglycemia recognition rate,correctly treatment rate and patient satisfaction were improved (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Homogeneity management can improve the ability of dealing with hypoglycemia and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
