The research of systemic "hospital-university cooperation" clinical teaching model on clinical practice in undergraduate nursing students

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of systemic "hospital-university cooperation" clinical teaching model on clinical practice in undergraduate nursing students and to provide reference and guidance for increasing undergraduate nursing students’ clinical practice.Methods Selected undergraduate nursing students and divided into the control group and the experimental group from a certain affiliated hospital of University.The conventional clinical nursing teaching model was implemented in the control group,and the "hospital-university cooperation" clinical teaching model was implemented in the experimental group,including establishing teaching staff,formulating teaching program,and implementing teaching plan.After the end of clinical practice,comparing the two groups of self-evaluation of clinical practice performance and the teaching satisfaction.Results The total performance score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the teaching satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The development of "hospital-university cooperation" clinical nursing teaching model can improve practice satisfaction,provide reference and basis for the reform of clinical nursing teaching and the improvement of clinical nursing teaching quality.
