Effect of standardized training of disaster rescue among nurses

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of standardized training of disaster rescue among nurses.Methods Totally,204 nurses were selected to received the training.Before 2014,they received the traditional training,and after 2014,they received the standardized training,including setting up training team,developing the training curriculum and courses,and implementing the courses.The exam scores,mental health status and nurses'satisfaction were compared before and after the training.Results After training,the nurses'score and satisfaction were better than before(P < 0.01),the scores of hostility and phobic anxiety were statistically reduced (P < 0.01).Conclusion Rescue training for nursing staff can strengthen the awareness of first aid and first aid skills,enhance the psychological stability and bearing capacity after the disaster,and ensure the quality and efficiency of emergency rescue.
