The practice and effect analysis of management mode for standardized convalesce nursing care service on improving nursing quality continually

Abstract：Objective To explore and analyze the practice effect of the model of standardized convalesce nursing service management mode in sanatorium.Methods Through establishing the standard system of nursing service,standardizing the training mechanism of the nursing staff and standardizing the nursing service in the nursing quality management,the military sanatorium achieved the standardized management of the high quality nursing service.Results After the implementation of standardized convalesce nursing service management mode,patients’ satisfactory,the qualification rate of nursing care in the treatment area,the rate of health education compliance,the pass rate of nursing records,the qualification rate of nursing safety and quality,and the qualification rate of primary nursing were increased (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The establishment of standardized nursing service management model can help to orderly expand of nursing work,improve the overall quality of staff,reduce the turnover rate,and promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
