Abstract：The article introduced the origin and meaning of mindfulness,and described the project of mindfulness-based therapy,and reviewed the application and effects of mindfulness-based therapy in breast cancer patients,and put forward the suggestions and prospects about mindfulness-based therapy according to the characteristics of patients with breast cancer,in order to provide references for the implementation of mindfulness-based therapy to domestic researchers.
