A qualitative research on professional volunteer nursing service model in family endowment

Abstract：Objective To explore the problems of professional volunteer nursing team in family endowment,in order to provide reference for promoting continuing development of professional nursing team.Methods By using phenomenology research,half structure interview was used in 10 nursing volunteers,component analysis was used to analyzed data.Results The recruitment and training process of professional volunteer nursing team was simple,it lacked of working supervised and assessment mechanism,the motivation mechanism of volunteer nursing team was singleness,serve activity funding was insufficient,legal sense was weakness.Conclusion The government should enhance service force,improve related law and regulation.The professional volunteer nursing team should enhance self-construction,improve organizing ability,enlarge funding way,establish completed motivation mechanism and supervised assessment system,improve nursing volunteer legal sense.
