The application of nurse-physician collaboration management in continuing operation safety management

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of using nurse-physician collaboration management in continuing operation safety management,so as to make reference for optimizing working of operation management.Method The measures included establishing medical integration management group,finding problems and analyzing the reasons,formulating corresponding measures,and implementation of the three-level supervision.Result By using nurse-physician collaboration management,the implementation rate increased,the incidence rate of adverse event decreased(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The using of nurse-physician collaboration management enhances the safety management mind of relevant person in continuing operation,decreases secure risk,makes sure the safety of patients.
