Application effects of the combination of hospital and pension agency service model on the quality of patients' life

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effects of combination of hospital and pension agency service model on the quality of patients'life.Methods Totally,205 cases of elderly patients formed the control group,dated from January to March in 2015,and conducted general old-age care services.And the 205 cases of patients formed intervention group,dated from April to June in 2016,who received the combination of hospital and pension agency service model which included building intervention team,making up program and implementing the program.After intervention,quality of life,sleep quality and the satisfaction of service between two groups were compared.Results The intervention group had higher scores in the quality of life and the satisfaction of service than the control group,with significantly statistical difference (P ＜ 0.01).Meanwhile the intervention group had lower scores in the sleep quality than the control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Combination of hospital and pension agency service model can enhance the quality of patients'life and the satisfaction and improve patients' sleep quality.
