Establishment and implementation of quality evaluation standard of venous treatment in tumour hospital

Abstract：Objective To explore the quality evaluation standard of venous treatment in tumour hospital.Methods According to the venous treatment practice,the content of the quality evaluation standard was determined by the specialists of intravenous therapy.The quality of intravenous therapy was evaluated before and after the standardized training.Results Venous treatment quality evaluation criteria,including 5 first level indicators and 19 second level indicators.The I-CVI value of each item was 0.83 ～ 1.00,S-CVI/Ave was 0.936.The correlation coefficient was 0.822.After standardized training,the quality of clinical venous treatment improved (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The quality evaluation system of intravenous therapy is comprehensive and reasonable,which plays a guiding role in improving the quality of clinical intravenous therapy,and can effectively evaluate the quality improvement,which can be popularized and applied.
