Abstract：The article introduced the concept and scoring methods of modified early warning score,summarized the domestic and foreign researches about modified early warning score application on triage in outpatient and emergency department,identification the potential critical patients,patient transportation and medical examination accompany,predicting patients' prognosis and nursing management.On the basis,it prospected the further research perspective of modified early warning score.
