Bibliometrics analysis on the current situation of nursing work environment

Abstract：Obejective To investigate the current situation of nursing work enviroment in China.Methods By using the Bicomb bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system to extract the data from CNKI database,Wanfang database and Weipu database,SPSS 20.0 software was used to carry out cluster analysis,and the literature was analyzed by means of metrological analysis.Results Totally,340 articles related to nursing work envimment were recruited and the number of publications increased in recent years.The results showed that the number of documents increased the most in 2016.There were 4 core authors who had 17 papers.The cooperation degree was 2.69.Key words clustering results could be divided into 3 categories,which is more extensive.Conclusion There are more attentions paid to nursing work environment by the nursing profession,but the relevant research groups still need further development,and research hotspots are not significant and should to be further strengthened.
