Optimizing nursing working environment and improving the occupational loyalty of nurses

Abstract：Constructing a healthy nursing working environment and improving nurses' professional loyalty is an important part of nursing work in the new period.This paper briefly analyzes the status of current nursing work environment in China,and points out that the nurses' participation in the hospital affairs is low,the nurses growth and the personal development is limited,the nursing manpower and the material resources are not enough.This article suggests the corresponding strategies,such as improving the social status of nurses,paying attention to the construction of nurses,full-implementing the supporting safeguards measures,in order to provide reference to the relevant department and hospital manager.
