The effect observation of acupoints heat-sensitive moxibustion on therapy Ⅱ, Ⅲ period pressure ulcers

Abstract：Objective To discusse the effect of thermal chemical acupoints moxibustion on patients with pressure ulcers.Methods Totally,80 cases of patients with stage Ⅱ,Ⅲ pressure ulcers after stroke were divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing,the observation group was given acupoints heat-sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Results Observation group pressure ulcers healed score was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of pressure ulcer treatment was higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The Acupoints heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy can effectively improve the local blood circulation promoting metabolism of the body to pressure ulcer healing.
