Implementation effect of nursing advance ladder management mode

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application effect of nursing advance ladder management mode in nursing personnel management.Methods According to the hierarchical structure of nursing staff to setting different training plan,advanced standard,nursing responsibility at all levels,performance distribution and post setting ratio.Clinical ability and satisfaction degree of nurse before and after the practice were compared.Results Nurses' theoretical knowledge and practice ability increased (P ＜ 0.05),nurses' practice ability and satisfaction degree were higher than before (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05),but stress perception had no difference before and after the practice (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing advance ladder management mode can improve the practice ability,statisfaction of nursing staff,arouse nurses' potential,stabilize nursing staff,and improve the nursing quality.
