Evaluation of Snyder model used in the management of chronic kidney disease

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect on Snyder model used in the management of chronic kidney disease.Methods A total of 73 cases with chronic kidney disease formed control group,and observation group had 75 cases.The control group received routine nursing management mode of chronic kidney disease,on the basis of that,Snyder model was applied to the observation group.The Snyder model included projecting plan,applying the routing thinking and throughout path of thinking,and Herth hope scale,self-perceived burden scale,anxiety the self-rating anxiety scale were conducted to evaluate the application effect of two groups.Results After intervention,the observation group had higher score of hope dimension than that of the control group,while the self-perceived burden and anxiety score of them were lower than the control group,which had statistically significant difference (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Conclusion The combination Snyder hope theory model with the management of chronic kidney disease can improve the level of hope in patients with chronic kidney disease,reduce self-perceived burden and anxiety,so as to enhance the management effects of chronic kidney disease.
