Effect of team work management on continuous nursing care in patients with renal cell carcinoma after radical resection

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of team work management mode on continuous nursing of patients with renal carcinoma after operation.Methods Totally,132 cases of patients with renal carcinoma were divided into the control group and the experimental group with random number table method.Two groups of patients were treated with routine continuing nursing care after operation.Team work management continuous nursing was implemented to the experimental group based on general nursing care,including building team and programming groups,definite groups'obligation,application all-around nursing care.Results The survival quality score and satisfaction with nursing care in experimental group were higher than those of the control group at postoperative 6 months (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).The score of anxitey and depression in experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The team work management mode can improve quality of life of patients,reduce negative emotions of patients,and has an important clinical spread value.
