Abstract：The article illustrated the domestic and overseas prevention and management of delirium from the risk factors,risk assessment,prevention strategies,supervision and feedback,made suggestions for domestic apparent delirium prevention status,including enhancing the development of ICU delirium risk factors assessment instruments,building systematic delirium prevention strategies,implementing normalized training,so as to provide a reference for medical workers and managers to prevent ICU delirium.
