Abstract：The article reviewed the development and operation status of Australia,Britain,the United States and other countries of the breast milk bank,and put forward corresponding suggestions according to the shortcomings of bank management in China,including improving breasffeeding rate and the cognitive of breast milk bank,increasing the number of breast milk bank to increase the donation amount,and improving breastfeeding environment,in order to provide reference for breast milk bank standardized management.
