Investigation on job satisfaction of nurses with full-time bachelor degree or above

Abstract：Objective To investigate the job satisfaction level of nurses with full-time bachelor degree or above in 3 A-level hospitals,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods General data questionnaire and nurse job satisfaction rating scale were used to survey 161 nurses with full-time bachelor degree or above in 3A-level hospitals in Beijing.Results The score of job satisfaction in nurses was (3.19 ± 0.36),which was at a middle level.Besides,nurses with master degree or above and having duties had higher job satisfaction.Conclusion Highly educated nurses play important roles in improvement and development of hospital nursing services,managers should pay attention to nurses'job satisfaction,take measures to arouse their working enthusiasm and initiative,and promote the quality of nursing.
