Establishment and management of the independent anti-tumor phase Ⅰ clinical trial ward

Abstract：Objective To explore the establishment of independent anti-tumor phase Ⅰ clinical trial ward nursing management.Methods Ward managements (clinical staff,ward operation process,systems and standard operation procedures) were refined,prepartion before trial implementation,detail management and quality control were made.The nursing feedbacks before and after the establishment of independent ward and the satisfaction of subjects were investigated.Results Since the independent ward established,all the nursing data could be traced,and the nursing satisfaction from subjects was significantly improved (P ＜ 0.0 1).Conclusion Setting up an independent anti-tumor phase Ⅰ clinical trial ward and refined nursing management can promote clinical trial nursing quality and improve the subjects'satisfaction.
