Study on nursing program of multi-disciplinary cooperation treatment mode in perioperative patients with hepatic carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the multi-disciplinary cooperation treatment mode under Outcome-Present State-Test(OPT) combined with nursing outcome on nursing the perioperative patients with hepatic carcinoma.Methods In this study,theOPT was the framework,which combined with nursing diagnosis (ND),nursing outcome (NOC) and nursing measures,to establish the nursing project under multi-disciplinary cooperation treatment mode.The outcomes before and after the implementation of the nursing program were compared.Results The outcome after nursing measures was better than before,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01).Conclusion The multi-disciplinary cooperation treatment mode achieves good results in helping formulating the nursing program for the perioperative patients with hepatic carcinoma and has the value of clinical expansion.
