Study on the effect of carrying out high quality nursing to promote hospital infection control

Abstract：Objective To explore the effects of high quality nursing to promote hospital infection control.Methods High quality nursing measures were adopted to promote hospital infection surveillance and control,including optimization of nursing post configuration,establishment of nursing infection control group,establishment of standardized nursing operation process,optimization of disinfection supply room,and strengthening the awareness of infection control among nurses.Results The rate of hospital infection was reduced after implementation of high quality nursing (P ＜ 0.01).The compliance rate of hand hygiene of medical personnel,the qualified rate of hospital sanitation and disinfection effect monitoring were increased after implementation of high quality nursing (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing can improve the awareness of hospital infection of the medical staff,and promote the control of hospital infection.
