Abstract：The article summarized the development of hospice care in Taiwan,including the hospice care support and safeguard measures,advantages of hospice care and challenges in the new period,and put forward the mainland should effectively use existing resources and pay attention to personnel training,enrich its content combining with traditional Chinese medicine and traditional culture,increase the awareness of the masses in order to further speed up the construction of the mainland hospice care professional.
