Geriatric nursing in Finland and its enlightenment to Chinese nursing development

Abstract：Population aging has become a worldwide problem.The view of healthy aging put forward higher requirements for the elderly medical prevention and sustainable development in elderly health care problems.Finland has some characteristics in geriatric nursing policy,system,personnel training and service.The paper introduced the study and experience of the period in Finland on geriatric nursing knowledge,including pension system,geriatric nursing services,elderly nursing staff training in Finland geriatric nursing.On this basis,the recommendations and thinking from the medical security system,health care,geriatric nursing and education for the development for elderly situation in China were proposed,which had a certain reference and enlightenment to perfect the system of geriatric nursing in China.
