Abstract:Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of self-perceived burden among cervical cancer patients in rural.Methods Totally,109 rural cervical cancer patients were investigated with the Patients'General Information Questionnaire,Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),Distress Thermometer (DT) and Social Support Rate Scale (SSRS).Results The total score of SPBS was (33.57 ± 4.61),as a whole in moderate level.The patient self perceived burden was positively correlated with psychological distress,but negatively correlated with social support (P < 0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed that the relapse or metastasis,distress thermometer and social support were main factors of self-perceived burden in rural cervical cancer patients.Conclusion The nurses should pay attention to the level and influencing factors of self-perceived burden in rural patients with cervical cancer.Then provide targeted and personalized nursing measures for patients,in order to reduce the level of self-perceived burden among patients.
