Abstract：Objective To improve the correct rate of operation safety check by practicing quality control circle. Methods Consists of the nine quality control circle,through the implementation of quality control circle motion steps and analysis factors affect surgical safety verification of correct implementation,to develop and implement appropriate corrective measures. Results The implementation of the results of surgical safety verification correct implementation rate in-creased,the difference has statistical significance(P ﹤ 0. 01). After the implementation of activities within the group members to tube circle application tools, team spirit,communication skills and confidence,sense of responsibility and honor sense to improve. Conclusions To carry out the quality circle activities and effectively improves the correct implementation of the rate of surgical safety verification,promote the medical team cooperation consciousness,improve the manage-ment ability of nursing staff.
